  If I could give minus 10 stars I would. While the start of my process in November 2019 was good up until Pre start it then turned for the worse. Not only did I have multiple site supervisors, the whole build was slow. I had to follow up with the senior construction consultant (who should not be senior) every single time, on most occasions nearly every week and multiple times a week. She has very poor communication, lack of empathy and lack of sorting out issues promptly.I could babble on for the entire build but I will just say it has been PATHETIC. Not even after moving in for a month or so I already had 4 cracks in the ceiling. It took them 3-4 months to organise someone to contact me to arrange fixing. Now they are lucky my roof didn’t cave in on my then 7 month old child. Come handover in June 2021, everything seemed ok until I was told that they incorrectly measured my ensuite towel rail and another one was to be ordered. All well and good but to this day 28 January 2022, I have still not received my ensuite towel rail even after following up MULTIPLE times via email to the senior construction consultant who fails to respond for days let alone weeks. How can you be a senior when you fail following up with clients. I keep getting the excuse that it has been ordered and once it is in someone will be in touch with you to install but NEVER have I received ANY phone call to install. Low and behold I then get told the site supervisor had since left and it was given to another site!!!!!! Rage and anger started! How does this happen? I will NEVER EVER recommend Aussie Living Homes to anyone! The multiple staff turn over is ridiculous especially on project builds but mind you this became more evident since they merged with BGC! I have tried to follow up again and again and again with the Senior Construction consultant last week and still she fails to promptly find out where my shower rail is and give me a definite date of when it will be installed. It’s not hard to respond to an email or call. It takes a couple of seconds.
  Never build with any company who falls under BGC in Osborne park! Do not recommend!

  Only the person who I dealt with was great.
  But rest of the process got messed FOR MONTHS - keystart did their part of messing me around
  Lost $2g deposit as they "forgot" to add some price which went completely over my budget... this was months
  Ended with nothing just minus $2g still trying to get my $1g back from land
  
  quick to ask for $$$$ take their time in having to pay back $$$
  
  **careful with single parents** easier targets especially ones with no experience in building

  It's so frustrating to wait that long for our house to be built.
  
  We have signed the building contract on Feb/20, our contract has increased twice, we were told that our bricks would arrive on Sep/21 and we just got our bricks delivered on Dec/21. They said last month that bricklayers will start on Jan/22, but we are very concerned that it will be delayed as the other phased of the construction.
  
  We understand that due to material and labour shortage, our house would take longer to be built, but seriously, that's too much. Our slab has been done since July/21 and there is no sign of bricklayers.
  
  Not mentioning that we have been dealing with a very overpriced rent + mortgage, things that were under control it's been getting our of control with the huge delay.
  
  We've been doing our best to understand the situation but every time we ask for an update we get the same answer: there is nothing we can do to make the process faster. The houses around us got slab much after us, some of them have moved and others are almost done.
  
  I'd love to give a good review, as you're building our dream house, but right now we are dissatisfied with so much delay.

  Enough of blaming Covid19 for the late deliverables. Last estimation I asked was after two years of Covid experience and still they have absolutely no respect when it comes to deliverables to be delivered on the estimated/agreed time, horrible experience.
  
  Extremely disappointed with the deliverables. The aircon unit couldn't be placed where it was planed to be in first place (and signed off ) and the new location that they proposed does not please me. I was asked whether another place would suit me better and the location I've said is not complementary. I have to pay for a mistake that the engineers made.
  
  I could be writing all of the points that the lack of professionalism led to but it just reminds me all the stress I've been through with Aussie Living Homes.
  
  My property was supposed to be ready and delivered by December 2021, according with what I was told when I bought it. It didn't work as planned at all. December 2021, I asked the construction person to give me an estimation of the time for the slab to be down (By now we are completely aware of Covid and its side effects). I was told that the worse case scenario would be beginning of January. Today, the 20/01/2022 my land is looking exactly like when I bought it. There is absolutely nothing in my land. Moreover, I am paying the construction fee, which is 3 times more expensive than the value that I was told by the administration workers, yet, no construction is being made at all. Couldn't be more disappointed with Aussie Living Homes services. I do not recommend this builder.
