My daughter is very unwell at the moment and I just called to see if they had any cancellations because I was concerned about her (I was very polite on the phone) and I just got the most hostile response 'no appointments until next Wednesday, bye'. It would have been so helpful for her to at least point us in the right direction for somewhere I could go as I have no idea. You shouldn't work in healthcare if you have no compassion!

We are not just another number, they take the time to get to know us and respond authenticity. This is a special GP practice which I plan to stay at for a very long time. It’s a great location too and services the community of Alkimos well. Added bonus is the bulk bill payment when everyone’s budget is so tight atm.

What is the point of this place? The owners and management need to be replaced and the government needs to look into this. Pathetic excuse for a clinic. Don't waste your time.
